Spring has arrived at the Thousand Oaks Farmer's Market, where the strawberries from Tamai Farms in Oxnard are huge and sweet this year. Early strawberries are bigger than those grown in the summer. "The colder it is, the bigger they get. In the summer as soon as they bloom, they get fruit and the fruit ripens right away.
